The "Sk8er Boi" singer announced on her Web site today that her fourth album, Goodbye Lullaby, will be released on March 8, 2011. Lavigne will debut the first single from the album, "What the Hell," during her appearance on Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve.
