Reese Witherspoon is gearing up to walk down the aisle once again, this time with agent beau Jim Toth.
Reese's rep recently confirmed to Us Weekly that she and Jim are getting engaged. "They are extremely happy," the actress' rep tells the magazine.
A holiday engagement is the end to a big year of romance for the good-looking pair. Reese, 34, began dating Jim, 40, in January 2010, shortly after she split from longtime boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.
Reese was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe from 2001 to 2008. Ryan and Reese had two children together: Ava, age 11, and Deacon, age 7.
