What is Ugi??
It?s a workout ball, and a workout system, that will change your body completely. The Ugi ball, which took two years of research and development, is a plush, weighted workout ball with the squish of a beanbag, the bounce-back of a stress ball, and the beauty of simple design. At just 15 inches in diameter, it?s both stylish and portable, and ? with 6 lbs, 8 lbs, 10 lbs and 12 lbs versions ? there?s a Ugi for each user?s individual fitness needs. The Ugi program is a total functional fitness workout that incorporates a series of back-to-back exercises done in 15-second, 30-second or one-minute intervals. You do 30 different exercises in 30 minutes, 5 days a week, and completely change your body. Each of the five distinct workouts fully incorporates warm up, cardio, strength conditioning, balance and cool down.


?I wanted to create a system that enabled people at home to get the same benefits as people I train personally,? explains Ugi creator and personal trainer Sara Shears. ?The inspiration for Ugi came from my work with celebrity clients. Many of them already work 12 to 15 hours a day, and can?t spend another hour and half working out. That?s the same for most people, who have really busy lives. I wanted to create a total system that only takes 30-minutes, because then people can really stick with it.?
